Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. We understand wanting as much of The Redbury as possible, so we’re happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out whenever we’re able to do so.

As a guest of The Redbury you’ll have access to any of these amenities at the fitness center and spa — simply present your room key card to use the facilities. Our housekeeping staff is here to make sure your room stays supremely clean and comfortable for your entire stay. Daily room cleaning is from 9am to 5:30pm, but if you would like housekeeping services at a particular time, please let us know by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Guests are welcome to use any of our laundry services, which vary from standard to rapid response. You are welcome to drop off your laundry at the host desk or call us to retrieve them. The laundering schedule is as follows:
The Redbury offers an Airport Roundtrip Shuttle to Miami International Airport (MIA) during limited Hours*. While we do not accept reservations for the house car, we can arrange limousines, car services or car rentals to meet you at your convenience.

The Redbury welcomes small pets under 15lbs. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 dollars per pet per day will be added to all reservations with pets (subject to change). A pet waiver form will need to be completed at check-in.
